How to boot to bios on every startup?

Hello

I have two SSD's with different operating systems on them, I'm just wanting a way to choose which one I'm going to boot into. I have a Sabertooth Z77 motherboard, just having the system boot to the bios on startup would work fine. Is there a way to have the system just boot directly to the bios on every startup?

As it turns out my new OS is an upgrade, not a full version... Ill need to purchase another OS first. I apologize
