Will the GTX 650 TI (non-boost) bottle neck my Intel® Core™ i5-2500 processor?

I am going to get a new graphics card which is the Geforce GTX 650 TI 2GB SSC from EVGA. However, before I order this graphics card, will it bottleneck my CPU by playing today's games? Thank you.

System specs:
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 450w <- Going to get a new PSU
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2500
MOBO: ASUS SABERTOOTH P67
RAM: 4 GB of RAM

No, but I would pick up another 4gb of ram if I were you. 4gb is kinda the bare minimum anymore.
