Well, I was installing my sound card and saw a button and switch on the side of my motherboard, sooo stupidly I flipped the switch and pushed the button. Since it was off, the button did nothing and the switch didn't either. I plugged it in, (Not hitting the power button) and repeated. The switch triggered a Red LED and the button started my computer, I didn't read the labels next to them. The button is apparently a force restart, and the switch is a GPU Boost. Now that I did that, whenever my Graphics card is in it's slot (Not plugged in to the PSU or anything) The screen won't load whether the VGA is in the motherboard or the graphics card. Please I need help ;-;

Sounds like you need to reset the BIOS, if you have the manual it will tell you how to do this, usually you'll need to either remove the onboard coin battery or a small-very small, jumper.
It takes about 10 minuets for the system to discharge.
You'll have to reset any changes you have made to the BIOS.

I'll try this now! ^^ Hopefully it works and if it does I'll mark this as answered for anyone else with this problem. :3
Edit: It didn't work, it's still just not recognizing the graphics card.
