Stripped Screw Hole

I striped my Radiators screw hole by screwing in the screw to tight, it aluminum is there an easy fix to this???

If the screw is a regular fan mounting screw that cuts its own threads (not an USS/SAE bolt), you could try filling the hole with something (toothpick pieces?) and then running the screw into it.
