SWTOR and WOW gaming computer

I need a computer that will run SWTOR and WOW at max performance under $1000.00....what do I need ?

This is a good idea http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-a-pc-performance-overclocking,3437.html you could get a standard HDD and a better GPU for more storage and better gaming performance but slower load times.
