Just peek at my build, need advice for Case fan placements.

Well I just bought 2 Coolermaster XtraFlo 120mm fans (one as front intake and other for side vent) and now I am in dilemma with positioning the side case fan whether as intake or outtake.Well for extra info my GPU (MSI R7750 Power Edition) does not blow the air outside from behind the case (don't know what such type fan is called) and directly onto the GPU HS and as result hot air accumulates in lower portion of case. The case I am using is Cooler Master Elite 311 (not the plus one as it does not have a side fan option).

So just need some suggestions.

Laws of thermodynamics cause positive pressure to cool enclosed spaces more effectively. From what I see you have one exhaust fan. Both new fans should be intake to achieve higher incoming cfm value than exhaust value
