I am thinking of buying this 300W PSU .
Is this a good one-

It is a good quality PSU for a basic system with no dedicated GPU.

Why do you need a 300 watt PSU?
Are you running a server PC?
300 watt PSU might only deliver about 240 watts on the 12v rail.
That PSU is only 18 Amps, most PSU's are up around the 40 to 60 amps on the 12 rail, for gaming PC's.

You might want to add details of your PC so as to avoid any mishaps should you be expecting to run high FPS with a high end video card...
