I'd give it a 7 / 10.

These would be my suggestions:

1. Drop the H60 and replace it with a Noctua U9B, there's no closed liquid loop in this price range that is any better than any standard air fan.

2. Leave the BD-R burner off. With the money saved you could put that into a better SSD - Intel SSDs suck, and I'm not ashamed to say it.

3. The extra case fans are completely worthless until you actually have the case in your possession. You can only buy as many fans as your case has the mounts for, and the size of them does matter. So hold off on buying any more until you need them.

4. This is a far better SSD than anything Intel makes: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227915

For the most part, I agree with g-unit1111. Just a couple things:
1. The SSD he recommended is a good one, but you probably don't need 128GB. 64GB should be plenty for just an OS.
2. THE heatsink fan out there is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I'd recommend going with that. People say it's a bitch to install, but its cooling performance more than makes up for it.

If you do that, I'd give your build around a 9.5/10

In my experience 64GB fills up REALLY quickly - after formatting you're left with 57.5 GB and then a Windows install takes up 16GB. After program installation you're left with less than 20GB, so a 128GB would be better.
The 212 Evo is good but I really like Noctua coolers - they're much easier to install and have high quality fans included.
