Is E5200 good enough?

Sometimes my pc randomly freeze.Im using GTX 260 and play far cry 3 on low-medium and assassin creed 3 on low to medium.Is it cause from cpu or gpu?
Temps are ok...

CPU is causing blue screen if there are errors.
GPU cause FREEZING display.
Double check you PC temperatures.
Clean you PC from dust.
