I know nothing of gaming computers or even how to make one, I use my friends computer, but I play games such as; bf3, Star wars the old republic, guild wars 2, and games in those categories and graphics. I have a budget of $720, I was hoping you guys can help my find the right parts that fit in my budget or a computer pre-built that is in my range.
I was also wondering if I could use my tv as the monitor it is 37" 1080p 60Hz if not then include the monitor into the pricing.
I would like to play at least high settings

Tad over the budget. Hopefully it's manageable. I stayed within the realms of Amazon, NCIX, and Newegg. They should all qualify for free shipping to some extent.

http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Gamer_Fire_600

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Scorpius_9000/

I know these are over priced, but my friend asked me to look at them at least and also my price range I was able to put an extra $150 to my budget so if you guys could look at these and maybe make changes and tell me, I would want to build my own but i am a noob and i do not want to mess anything up my friend was going to help me but I would have to wait almost a year for him and finding someone to build it for free is quite hard.
and thank you for the advices

believe me fx 6100 and and fx 8150 are not good gaming cpu even a dual core cpu like i3-3220 performs as well although it does not overclock
atleast get a piledriver like fx 6300 use the chart to compare processors

With a $800 to a $930 budget how well of a gaming computer can I build?

Sorry if I am asking way to many different questions just want to have my options open form building my own or a pre-built

Some options:

For just $9 more than the Gamer Fire 600, you can build this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card ($389.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($94.21 @ Amazon)
Other: Newegg Special Bundle (-$40.00 @ Newegg)
Total: $1048.11
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

That will beat both builds that you linked to. But I didn't include a keyboard or mouse.

Here's a solid build for a tad less:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($169.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card ($389.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($94.21 @ Amazon)
Total: $1008.12
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

For one that is closer to your budget:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($289.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($94.21 @ Amazon)
Other: Newegg Special Bundle (-$40.00 @ Newegg)
Total: $948.11
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

You can opt for an AMD one with FX-6300, MSI 970A-G46, and then get a 7970 GPU for about $20 more. I chose the above build because the i5-3570K is a much better CPU and you'll have to OC the FX-6300 just to be on par with i5-3570K at stock. Now in gaming, it's true that the 7970 will perform better short-term, but if you plan to keep it for a few years, I'd pick the faster processor and just upgrade the GPU. A lot cheaper than upgrading both the CPU and GPU. Hopefully Steamroller will perform on-par or better than the i5-3570K and for AM3+. Fingers crossed.

Lastly, here's one within your budget:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($183.56 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($289.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($94.21 @ Amazon)
Total: $921.69
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Any of those can beat the two builds that you linked to. I'd recommend the first build if you can afford it.
