I have 2 hard drives, the "old one" a Seagate Barracuda 1tb (with all the data and Windows 7 Professional 32bit), and the "new one" a Western Digital Caviar Black 1tb (with no data and Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit). How do I transfer the data from the "old drive" to the "new drive", but not the os.

I can already connect two hard drives to my computer. I just want to know how to transfer all the data (except Windows). Because I want to upgrade from Windows 7 Pro 32bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
