I am currently planning on buying an FX-6300, a motherboard, and a case. Going to put my current power supply, hard drive, and graphics card into the machine.

It's my first time building a PC and I need to get a motherboard under 60 dollars hopefully because my budget is very steep but my current cpu died.

Please let me know if that is possible, thank you.

The only one I want to recommend that is near your budget is the MSI 970A-G43 or the ASRock 970 EXTREME3. Its okay to have a small budget but you want a motherboard that is reliable.

Like I said the MSI 970A-G43 wich is about 70,- or the ASRock 970 EXTREME3 wich is about 80,- and I hope you're able to get a new pc in 5 years because I think a budget pc cant last 10 year.

This isn't a very "budget" pc, I have a GTX 470+and fx 6300 it should be able to run anything on high for the next few years, which is all I need.

Are you sure the 970A-G43 is compatible with the fx-6300? it says on Newegg the phenom, athlon, and sempron are the only supported.
