HDD Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS constantly clicking

I recently purchased a new computer and my Seagate ST31000524AS makes 1 or 2 quite audible clicking sounds(without freezing or performance drops) every second ,even when the computer is in idle. It's normal?
P.S.Finish SeaTools tests without errors, speed in HD Tune is good, SMART good.

Your hard drive should not be clicking like that, you should send your computer to where it came from and ask for it to be repaired under warranty.
