Yes, it will be compatible. Get a minimum of a 500watt PSU and you're golden.
Your CPU also seems to be of decent quality so I don't expect any bottlenecking.

ok thank you, but the minimum power supply requirement for it is 450W, not 500W

You'll be fine either way, however, the 500watt will allow for overclocking and more headroom should you need it.
