I am in Australia so won't be buying from Newegg, not big on the white case. The black version is very nice however.

This is my first time building so wasn't planning on overclocking, hence I was recommended the Xeon on another site.

You don't really come out ahead buying the Xeon though - it's maybe a .1% performance difference between the i5-3470 and the Xeon E3-2690. Maybe try something like this:
