Corsair TX650W Good or Bad?

Should I get a Corsair TX650W PSU for my PC? I have heard that they are noisy and people have found them to make strange clicking/whaling noises. I want to know whether this applies for every one of these or only the unlucky people have experienced this problem.

I have two older ones, neither noisy nor bad actually pretty good.

I should mention that it is the V2 version as well.
