PC making whining noise?

I beg of you, this is making me crazy, help! I bought this pc a few months ago. I'm really proud of it. But since around 2 weeks ago I started hearing random whining noises coming from my pc for some goddamn reason! They're not loud but they're really annoying. And when I open up a very graphical game it starts making constant buzzing noise. It's leaking into my headphones some way. And when I talk to people on skype they can hear it too. Not because it's so loud but like I said, it's leaking into my headphones some way. I'm really worried, I cleaned out my PC from dust and updated my drivers so that's not the problem. Here are my specs:
Windows 7 Premium
64 bit
AMD Radeon HD 7700
12 GB RAM
Acer Predator G3610
Intel(R) Core i7 CPU @ 3.40 Ghz

Most likely a cheap quality power supply is common for noise you described. Test computer with a different power supply.

Could it be coil whine from the graphics card? Yes, it could also be from the PSU like the guy above said. Put your ear in the case to find out where the sound is coming from.
