128MB? That is very very very low. Yes, you would be able to run it.

You would notice a huge difference if you got a 1GB card and a better processor.

As long as you have a graphics card pcie slot, you can even install a card with 768 bit ddr5 (ie: 7990) on your system..

the problem is, your current system is not strong enough to squeeze graphics card performance and/or play demanding games available right now..

Maybe something like 77xx (7750) class won't cause huge bottleneck..

Hey My System Specs as below:

GIGABYTE GA-G41M COMBO MOTHERBOARD, INTEL CORE 2 DUO 2.93(E7500) PROCESSOR WITH 4GB DDR3 KINGSTON RAM AND WINDOW 7 ULTIMATE 32 BIT WITH ZOTAC 9500GT 1GB DDR2 GRAPHX CARD.

I WANT TO TELL YOU IS, I'M PLANNING TO UPGRADE MY RAM TO 8GB DDR3 AND WINDOWS TO 64 BIT W7 ULTIMATE.
AS PER ALL OF MY RESEARCH I'M PLANNING TO BUY ATI 7770HD 1GB DDR5 GRAPHX CARD WHICH IS 128BIT.

MY QUESTION IS AM I INSTALL THE SAME GRAPHX CARD OF 256 BIT OR MAY BE HIGHER OR 256 BIT GRAPHX CARD IS AVAILABLE IN THIS MODEL (ATI 7770HD)

First..please turn off your capslock..

All 77xx series (7750,7770,7790) just available in 128 bit version..
if you take 256 bit version, then you have to take 78xx (7850, 7870) class graphics card
