viable to upgrade fx 4100 to use same setup?

ok basically i'm running a budget pc. fx 4100, 8 gb ram, stock sink, biostar 990fxe, ati 7750, and ssd. basically only thing i do is play league of legends and converting video (from mkvs or divx to various formats). would it make any sense to change anything? would i get a noticeable difference in anything if i just changed processors? this fx 4100 is oc to 4ghz with stock sink. wat you guys think?

In gaming, you are limited by the HD 7750. But in video work, moving to a vishera like the FX-8350 would be a great improvement.
