Best Anti-Static Wrist Strap and Ways to not damage your computer.

What is the best anti static wrist strap (comfort and functionality) and what ate other ways to prevent damage to your computer when building.

Use a large anti-static mat or ground yourself with something metallic. I have the Belkin wrist strap and I've tried others, but they're never really comfortable IMO. I don't like the restrictive feel on my wrist. Also, the wire is a problem. If I have to get up, move around, etc, I have to continuously unplug the wrist strap and plug it back somewhere. Super annoying.
