Where do get my BIOS update..

I currently have a ASUS M4A89GTDPRO USB3 motherboard. The current BIOS version is back from 2011. I would like to upgrade it to a newer version for the sake of everything being update and minor CPU issues.


I went to the ASUS page and to the bios section and found the BIOS updates. I was gonna use the most current version. But when I went to EZ flash 2 it said the it's not right for my BIOS yet is from the site directly.

Which is the latest version of my BIOS that I should use?

Have you tried the 3029 version?
Is the USB drive FAT formatted?
