New Forum Software Sucks !

The old forum software may hadbut compared to the new one, this just sucks.

Posts don't get posted, errors all over the place, all the fancy adverts locking up browser.

Probably due to the monkeys who did the programming not thinking about users on older versions of IE, like me stuck on IE7 at work and trying to go all flashy and suck as much life out of the advertising revenue stream !!

Even on the create a new thread screen the preview button jumps around like a demented flea !

Hey there das_stig.

Because of you mentioning "fancy adverts", it sounds like you aren't having problems with the forum itself, but rather the article commentary. The forum has no ads for registered users.

In the past week, we've had some big issues with article commentary, specifically with interpreting carriage returns and special characters. As a result, the article commentary area has had some bumps. Happy to say that as of this morning, these are, for the most part, resolved. If you are still having issues after this morning, clear your cache and give it another shot - there may be some residuals left.

We are sorry for the issues lately with article/reviews comments, and appreciate your feedback on the subject.
