Palit gtx 570 not displaying hdmi

i cant get the hdmi to go for the life of me. Im using a palit gtx570, and currently having to run it through a vga cable with a dvi adaptor on the end.

I sent it back to the distributor and he tested it and said it was fine so im unsure what to do

System specs are in my signature if any others are wanted

you've tried another hdmi cable as well as another tv/monitor with hdmi you can test it on with?

yea, it works fine with our panasonic vierra, as well as my xbox works when i plug it into this monitor via hdmi.
also the monitor is a samsung syncmaster s24b350
