Really Big Problem Here

So one morning after playing with my pc the night before, i sat down on my chair and pressed the power on button but noting turns on. I checked cable connection, my wires and even took out everything and putting them back in again. It just wont even start. Help please?

Is it plugged into a surge suppressor or other power strip? IS it on?
Are you getting power from the wall?

Kind of need more information, from your description so far it could really be anything.
At a guess, PSU is busted.
