How much static pressure do i need and did i get the wrong fans

I recently bought the Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition Fans for my H100i but should have i got the High Performance, there static pressure is 2x higher than the quiet edition, also how loud is the 35DBa of the high performance, im looking for a quiet setup

At 100%, the high performance ones do make a lot of noise. But I under-volt them. When under-volted to the point where they are as quiet as the quiet edition, they perform about the same. The SP120 Quiet Edition fans are fine.
