Packet Loss while Waiting for ACK

hi frnz,
we are making Voip calling through Dialler(S/W use In call centers to make Auto Diall) every thing is working fine in starting 10- 20 min .but after word not a single call is connecting .
when i traced the packets in wireshark , i got the status that packet r successfully sended from our end and getting request time out while waiting for ACk of Packets.

If it is only this one function that is having trouble it is likely the device on the far end has a software issue and is ignoring the session requests. If you can ping the router at the remote location when this is happening it pretty much puts the issue on the device itself rather than the network.
