fast bios, black screen, i can't format!

i have toshiba l645d pc and while i am updating my windows currently the plugin removed and my pc shut down and also the boot is on fast boot mode which is i can't see the company logo ! i can't get in to bios and it is black screen with flash! what shall i do? plsssssssssssssssss HELP!

If you hit F2 during boot it will get you into BIOS. What exactly is the issue though? You just get a black screen at boot? Pulling the power from the system could cause several issues, from power supply to motherboard to hard drive to RAM, etc... Especially if it was in the middle or updating system files, then it could also corrupt Windows. Explain exactly what happens when you hit power, fans go on? Drive seems to spin? Any odd sounds, especially from the hard-drive?
