Hi All,

I've just purchased a Corsair Carbide 300R Windowed for my upcoming build.

The case has a 140mm intake on the front and a 120mm exhaust on the rear.

It has space for 2 side fans in the window and 2 top fans.

I'm considering a set up of 2 intake side 120mms (Red LED) and 1 top 140mm exhaust in addition to the stock fan set up, ideally i'd like to create a positive pressure to keep as much dust and pet hair out as possible.

Will this set up create a decent airflow?

I was originally thinking 2 side 120mm intake and 2 top 120mm exhaust but I think this may negate the pressure somewhat.

How about 1 rear 120mm exhaust, 1 top 140mm exhaust and 2 140mm front intakes with the two side intakes?

Stock is only 1 140mm front intake and 1 rear 120mm exhaust though, with a HD 7970 in there it'll get pretty warm I think.....

I guess i'll see when I build it. I want it to be well lit inside with LED fans and kept really cool though, particularly the CPU hence adding a top exhaust in too.

60c is pretty high though - what CPU cooler you using? As i'm not overclocking i'm just going to use the stock cooler.
