Looking for a quiet 3570k cooler

Price doesn't matter, I have an nzxt gamma.
I've tried the NH-d14 (140mm too loud while doing nothing), CM TX3 (whines at all speeds) and kuhler 620 (pump was loud as well as fan).

I disagree. The Noctua NH-D14 is an excellent CPU cooler, and is relatively silent. It is barely audible. You'll have to listen really hard and really close to hear it. My case fans are louder than it.

Maybe you're looking for a custom water cooling kit?

agree. You can also buy the cooler master and get another fan on it.
