New Power Supply?

Does anyone know a power supply of at least 300w that is small enough to fit and be compatible with the Inspiron 660s? It has to be compatible, and small to fit, PLEASE BE SURE ABOUT YOUR ANSWER
And do some research or something because I want to buy one that is sure to work.
So,anyone got one?
