i want to buy a gaming pc with in 70,000 INR [MAX]. actually i am confuse about Processor [Intel or AMD], GPU [Nvidia or ATI]. please help me with this configuration or what can suits me...

On your budget you could definitely do an Intel build. I'd suggest that over AMD.
