I'm in the market for a new monitor and I want to have 2 1080p ones to use together.
I already have this one

http://www.amazon.com/VN247H-P-24-Inch-Screen-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B00AVYNS7M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367507355&sr=8-1&keywords=vn247h-p

I use that ^ one for my xbox and computer so my question is should I get another one of those and have two of the same or get this other monitor

http://www.amazon.com/PB238Q-23-Inch-Screen-LED-lit-Monitor/dp/B00906GBBC/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1367492408&sr=1-6&keywords=mx239h

This one ^ seems much nicer for text and pictures because of the IPS so I was considering getting this one alongside my other one and using the first one for gaming and this one for everything else primarily.

Need some advice on whether or not this would look/be weird!!
Thanks in advance

I use three dissimilar monitors (two 1080p, other is 1680x1050), you get used to it. Main issue is trying to get the colours across the monitors right, which is fairly difficult unless you want to pay for a calibration tool.
Though admittedly, all my monitors are the same in term of the panel, so don't know how that will look.

I think go for it, no reason to buy the lesser monitor if you can help it.
