BSOD on installing any type of windows

My i5 id coming up with BSOD while installing any windows, I had BSOD's on regular bases right after I re-installed/renewed my BIOS. What should I do??

list your system specifications
reset your bios using the bios reset option.
Check over bios settings, esp for sata type (ide/ahci/raid) and ram (timings & voltages) and make sure they are right.
Test your ram
test your hdd
report back

HDD, brand new installed. RAM, checked sone other 1 and 2gigs other than my pc. Sata type AHCI.
