samsung LS27B970DS warranty horror story

Hello everyone.
i just bought a samsung monitor LS27B970DS/ZA and i wanna let u know my terrrible exp.
Received it with high bleeding and clouding problems really looking bad.
I called samsung and open a exchange request.
Samsung offer 90 days exchange request with a new monitor or a similiar with the same features.
Next day i receive a call from Philip samsung agent. He told me that the paypal invoice its not accepted by Samsung.
Ok call the seller and after 2 days finally he sent me the invoice.
Philip call me and told me he need to have a answer for the seller that the monitor is new.
The seller answer to samsung. perfect cant wait to exchange the monitor.
Monitor for replacement its not available!!! :fou:
Samsung doesnt have his own monitor in stock??? sounds like a lie?? it is !!
The samsung web site cleary shows the monitor is in stock and available for 1 day shipping.
So the agent lie to me and even the guy from the customer support chat lie to me too.
The guy from the chat try to convince me that the monitor was another model??
OH MY GOD!!! They really think customers are idiots??

I spoke with a samsung supervisor telling me that the samsung shop store its a third party so they cannot ship me a replacement.
For me samsung its samsung and i dont know why they mistreat customers like idiots.I have all the conversation saved on my iphone.
Really disappointed and mad about this.
I sent the monitor back to the seller for a refunde.I will never buy again a samsung products in my life.Korean shit !!
