Can I replace my graphics card?

Hey guys, I'm a little lost and was hoping you could help me.

At the moment I have a AMD Radeon HD 6530D card and I was looking to upgrade. I think it is an integrated card since the video outputs are coming off of the motherboard but i'm not 100%. I have a slot for a PCIE x16 with nothing in it.

So my questions are...

Can I replace my card?
If not, can I have two Graphics cards going at the same time?
Any suggestions on best card for me to get? ( i'm looking in the $200-$250 range)
And how would I setup two cards if possible?

You cannot replace integrated gpu, 6530D is gpu from Liano so it's bound with your cpu in one chip. You can add discrete gpu but first of all, could you post detailed info on your specs?

You could use both of the graphics cards in hybrid crossfire but only if the second one will be Radeon HD 6xxx up to 6670. Though I don't recommend it, it would be better to get stronger and single gpu and disable the IGP.

Motherboard and your PSU (check the brand and model on the sticker) would be nice too.

If you want to add new graphic card you definitely needs to replace your psu first. Tell me what's your budget and we can think of some solution.

Well I didnt want't to miss the sale so I picked up a GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16.

If it doesnt work i'll just return it. I also realized I had a 500w psu that I had laying around. Will that work?

Also do you think that card will work? if so, how do I go about activating it? I know how to install the card itself but how do I deactivate the old card?

It depends what kind of psu you found, post some more details on it or at least brand and model.
IGP should be deactivated automatically when you'll plug gpu into pcie slot.
