HD Graphics 1000(I3 540),Geforce 315,or GT610?

My parents need a youtube an i have a spare Gateway SX2850 lying around.It is i3 540 and have a 315 512mb card inside.Is the Integrated graphics more than enough?or is the 315 or 610 necessary?Also which is the most energy saving?btw the screen used will be a 1280x1024 screen,so not HD screen.Some LG Flatron L1753S.She will be watching stuff in 1080p(and there will be unused portions of the screen).So which config is the best?
