hey man why GETTING a b75 mobo with k cpu
if you want a k cpu that you may need to get a z77 to overclock
and if you dont want to overclock get a non k cpu

You dont really need the Thermal Paste but that is completely up to you I always use the paste that comes with.

You have a 3570K with a B75 motherboard, why not get a Z77 for OC'ing. If you dont plan to OC switch CPU to a 3450 and the motherboard to an H77. Its been a while since I've worked with the B75 dont recall it being able to OC. (let me verify this first sorry)

I would drop the sound card it is not needed onboard works perfectly fine, grab some speakers to make it even better

As stated above that PSU is not very reliable I would say go with Tier 3 PSU for your build Antec Basiq 550W (the one you picked is a Tier 5 we dont recommend them at all)

Besides that everything else looks good

Is that CPU cooler like an AMD cooler or an Intel cooler? (I don't know the difference, and I heard that all CPU fans for AMD sucks except watercooling)

It fits both its fits sockets for both AMD and Intel, yes it fits the socket you selected. Its one of the best CPU coolers for its price.
