Computer Turned Itself Off and can Only Boot in Safe Mode

Hi, just recently I decided to change my GPU to a Radeon 5830 but, found out the PSU was too small so I put the old GPU back in. Everything worked fine for about a day until: Computer Turned Itself Off and can Only Boot in Safe Mode. Some information, yes everything was disconnected when I took the GPU out or put a GPU in.

System Specs: Intel I7 3.4 GHZ
16 GB Ram
Win 7 64 bit
1 GB Nvidia

No, but about 10 hours after I posted this I enabled PCIE and then did system restore. I think it's working somehow. Thank you so much for taking the time for posting your answer. Case closed.
