What Z77 ATX motherboard to get ?

I have narrowed down to a short list of possible motherboards to buy for a new computer build? Just wanted to see what you guys thought?

I would like having Thunderbolt for future potential like fast external hard drives, etc, but this feature is not necessary. I do want lots of SATA ports (at least 6) and motherboards with lots of USB 3.0 ports are a plus.

It needs to be ATX form factor. My case can't fit eATX and I like my case (Corsair 600T) and don't really want a different case.

The deluxe is a better board, but the UP5 has better Thunderbolt support.
