So I know liquid Cooling is kind of a joke, but I run a small business for a local college where i help build students in their graphic design and architecture programs desktops. I would like to add Liquid cooling to my Personal system as a wow factor to try and get more business. Only issue is I have no clue what im doing. I have read things about people liquid cooling their CPU, RAM, GPU, and Even the north Bridge, but what is actually worth doing. And how do i Even approach it. Literally have no clue where to start despite a few hours of research already.

First place to start is the water-cooling sticky.

That should give you enough info to get an idea of what your doing, from there pull together a loop that you think will work and I can give feedback.

Generally its only worth water-cooling the CPU and GPU, everything else doesn't really benefit. The Mobo VRM's are an exception if your pushing big overclocks.
