Do I need to buy thermal paste for i5 3570K?

I'm planning to get an after-market cooler with the i5.
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212
But, do I need to buy separate thermal paste too? If not, how far can I overclock without having to get the extra paste? If yes, can you guys recommend any good paste? Thanks.

I just bought a 3570k i managed to get to 3.8 overclock with no voltage change and moderate temps of around 70-75 max on coretemp.

Since i have bought a noctura dh14, and some paste come with it, i believe you get paste wit the 212 also, but im currently at 4.4 overclock now with voltage set at 1.180 and max temps under 100% load around 61-63c

You get paste with the 212 but it's hit or miss either you're going to get this stiff white sticky paste which is sh!t or the gray stuff which isn't like super glue and it's better.

The paste that came with my 212 EVO was decent enough, unless you absolutely need that last degree or two it will be fine.
