need help for gpu

i've decided to go with asus vg278h 3d monitor. i need help in choosing a good nvidia gpu the supports good 3d gaming(also photoshop and video editing in 2d).
i'm not thinking of installing sli right now (may be later).
my choices gtx titan, gtx 680 and gtx 690.also i've heard about the new gtx 700 series coming out this month, should i wait for them or go with my choice?

waiting for new series will be a good move .. but i am not sure about the date when it is coming

I've also heard of the May release date for the 700 series cards, so if I were in your shoes I would wait it out.
Dishing out $1000 for the TITAN seems silly when you can potentially get a 780 for $600 in a few weeks.

Wait for 700 series it may be out in few weeks and gtx 780 will be $550 and performs similar to titan
