pci-e 3.0 graphic card in a pci-e 2.0 slot

one question i want to ask to you that, is there any problem inserting the sapphire radeon hd 7750 1gb ddr5 oc edition (pci-e 3.0*16 card) in a pci-e 2.0*16 slot.i'm asking this because i don't know that much about graphic card and i've told you that there are presently no good shops of pc components in my city who have that good knowledge of graphic card.so tell me that is there any problem inserting this card in a pci 2.0 slot.i have read about an amd graphic card that when it was inserted in a pci 1.1 slot .then it caused blank black screen .Should it be safe to insert this card in my pci 2.0 slot .i will buying the sapphire version of this card because this brand is trusted for its services in my country india.

Backward compatiable, should be no problem but you have to make sure your power supply has enough watts for your new video card, 400 watt minimum.
