High Intensity Graphics Build

Hi Everybody
I want to build a computer that can max out all games with 60fps. i know there are some games (eg Crysis 3) that this cant be done with such a short budget but for most other games i know it is possible.

Budget Range: Anywhere from $800 to $1300

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, internet, DL'd movies.

Parts Not Required: Monitor, keyboard, mouse.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: pccasegear.com, pcpartpicker (Australian)

Country: Australia

Parts Preferences: Something with great graphics performance (would love to be able to max out all games, but probably not possible) preferably AMD graphics card due to the never settle reloaded bundle

Overclocking: If it would make a difference

SLI or Crossfire: If that's what it takes to get the graphics i want

Monitor Resolution: My 1080p monitor

Additional Comments: Want to be able to build my computer but never done it before. If it is safe and you are certain i wont somehow stuff up my computer i would love to do it.
