I'm kinda worried about the PSU. Is it enough for this or do I need more? Also will that graphics card run a game like Far Cry 3 or BF3 on medium to high settings with a decent fps?

This is my 1st build so I'm being precautious with the parts and am on a budget.

That will play farcry3 at about 30fps, if thats good enough for you then go for it. BF3 multiplayer would like more cpu but should still be playable. Perhaps add in an aftermarket cooler and overclock the cpu some.
