how to increase my RAM from 2GB to 8GB in windows 7 ultimate 32-Bit operating system? I used PatchPAE but i its not supported for my computer

You don't. 32-bit address space is limited to 4GB max. In normal use you will see no more than 3.25-3.5GB as available. If you want more than 4GB of RAM then you must upgrade to a 64-bit OS.
