My motherboard screen shows for about 5-10min?

Hey, i just bought this new PC, and it does is, where it shows the motherboard screen for about 5-10min. and after that is works perfectly?
can it be something with the Hard drive(s) i got these two:
Kingston SSDNow - 2.5″ SATA-600 120GB
Seagate Barracuda - 3.5″ SATA-600 1TB
and is it the SSD that i have my windows installed on.
Please help, i don't no a thing about windows and how a PC works, just a little bit about CPU, RAM and that normal stuff. Just went form an iMac

If your machine is stuck at the BIOS option screen for a prolonged period (Press Del or F2 to enter BIOS setup ...) it is, most likely, due to settings in BIOS. You should be able to adjust the BIOS settings to shorten the wait period.

i found out that is is when my UBS mouse is int a USB port, i take about 5 mins. or so, but when it is out it takes about 30 sec? how can that be?

For some reason the native settings in BIOS have issues with the USB. If the computer or mobo is under warranty you should contact the vendor.
