fx8150 over heat no OC no TUSK

amd fx8150 normaly over heat at 110*c on asus m5a99x evo mobo without over clocked or any tusk.my pc is 8 month old & 5 month ok but last few month i face the problem,NO TUSK.NO OC but tusk manager shown processor phecely run 70-80%.For over heat mobo shutdown.HELP ME

What are the specs for your entire system? Also, what applications/processes are running when it is idling? Last, for now, is your BIOS up to date?

asus m5 a99 xevo mobo
asus gtx 670 gpu
corsair xms 1600mh 4gb x 2
7200 rpm baracuda
coolermaster 600 w bronz smps
win7 64bit
I have one problem,gpu is pci 3 but mobo pci 2.
in this configuration I run my pc 5 month at unbelievable performance,for
ps,Vegas,cod ultra,bf3 ultra,hitman abso ultra ,..with a high fps,such bf3 1920*1080 ultra
95-100 fps..
normaly tusk manager processor performance bar shown 10/20%
extremely 45 - 55% max.
but now start pc & processor run 70-85% with out any tusk or work,
this caus over heat & mobo shut it down.total time 5 min.
I never over clock my CPU.
I think its my mobo fault,

i built an 8150 myself and found out what with the fx range running extremely hot that i HAD to get an aftermarket cooler at the moment i use the enermax i think ETS 40 or something and temps were fine but not with boost someone told me that to keep the fx cool you would need GOOD AIRFLOW and maybe watercooling or a really good aftermarket cooler but this is important do not overuse the THERMAL PASTE it does affect temps

The stock CPU cooler is designed to be able to effectively cool the CPU at stock speeds with turbo. The high usage without any tasks showing is what gets my attention. First thing is first go into your BIOS and re-set to default settings. If the problem persists try to boot in safe mode.

Thanx,your idea is correct.
I was run without any extra cooler from 4 month,now whey need a cooler,no extra pressure.
but twomorrow I open it & reconnect mobo,ram & CPU no HDD or gpu,in this condition 4 min & heat is extreme,then I think it not a OS problem,but what is it???

I would guess that the cooler isn't mounted right. A cpu should NEVER go over 100c regardless of load.
