GPU Fan plugged to MB.

Hello guys, my GPU (radeon HD 6850) fan went dead so i replaced it with other of the smillar size. The prolbem is that the new one has cabel with 4 pins and the old one had only 2 pins so i cant plug it direct to the GPU. I pluged it to CHA_FAN1 4 pin slot on my motherboard (ASRock H61DE/S3). I also see CHA_FAN2 slot which has 3 pins. It works but the question is, how can i control fan's speed?
