help finding a cpu cooler

i've got a 3770k thinking of overclocking it need to find a good silent cpu cooler also i'm from india (it's hot as hell here) so i need the cooler which keeps my cpu cool
mobo is gigabyte z77x-up5 th
the cooler should not interfere with my ram

You can't cool under ambient temperature. I suggest you get an air conditioner.

You can opt for custom water cooling (not the Corsair H series crap) or air cooling with Noctua NH-D14, Phanteks PH-TC14PE, or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
